Booking & Refunds Policy

We are a small business, and no shows and cancellations have a big impact on us. No- shows and last- minute cancellations greatly affect the stability of our business and are unfair to clients on our waiting list as it is too late for us to rebook the spot.

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, if you cannot make it, you may send a friend or family member in your place, and we will happily accommodate them.

If this is not possible, we kindly request a minimum 24 hours’ notice, so that we can offer that time slot to another client.

If you have pre-paid treatments with Pro-Esthetics and you don’t provide us with 24 hours’ notice or fail to turn up for your appointment, that treatment will be deducted in its entirety from your plan/membership.

If it is outside of our business hours, please send us a txt message (by responding to your reminder text) or email us at skin@proesthetics.co.nz

 

Refunds

In addition to Your statutory rights, if You change Your mind we will happily exchange or refund Your items providing the following conditions have been meet:

The items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date and the original sales receipt is presented; items must be in original condition as purchased and the product has not been opened.

 

Special Offers

We may provide special offers in relation to our products from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offers without notice in advance. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to products you ordered in good faith in accordance with these Terms before the special offer was terminated.

Pricing Policy

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and customs duty if applicable. All prices are subject to changes without notice.

We reserve the right to change any of the products or services at any time without warning or notice. We reserve the right to change all treatments, products, and service prices at any time without further notice.

Payment Policy

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, American Express. We also offer Zip Pay in Store. We do not accept cheques.

Pro-Esthetics doesn’t hold any personal client accounts, all appointments must be paid in full that day.

If you fail to pay for your service the day of your treatment or leave the premises without payment, you will forthwith be banned from the clinic and all future appointments will be cancelled. In this circumstance Pro-Esthetics Ltd holds the right to legally pursue this incident.
